- Place onto the barbecue, griddle, hot plate, or into the oven.
- Leave appliance lids up/off while cooking.
- Ensure large pieces of meat or poultry are turned regularly to ensure even and thorough cooking.
- Take care when handling the bag, as it will be full of hot steam.
- Remove food from bag with a spoon or peel back the window leaving the food on the foil base ready to serve.
